CO2 Diffuser

I have found it is not necessary to use an airstone. The CO2 bubbles rise to the top of the can and the agitation from the powerhead diffuses it into the water which escapes through the holes at the bottom. As far as I can tell virtually no CO2 is lost. In fact the arrangement was so efficient that I had to provide some surface agitation to keep the PH at 6.6 with a KH of 4.
